Welcome Meghan!
Please welcome Meghan Coleman, Character Fort Collins' new Executive Assistant. Meghan writes, "I am a Colorado native and proud CSU graduate. In recent years, I have worked as an intern with several other Fort Collins nonprofits, including American Red Cross and United Way of Larimer County. My passion in life is to make a difference in my community, which is why I am so excited to be joining the Character Fort Collins team. This organization is in the unique position of being able to reach out to everyone in the community with a powerful message that success starts and ends with good character. In this position, I will strive to model good character in my personal and professional life, and promote the importance of character for success in the Fort Collins community! I look forward to learning and growing with Character Fort Collins. Thanks for making me a part of your team!"
Magazine Available January 2009
The first ever Character Fort Collins Magazine will be available by January 2009. The magazine tells the story of the last seven full years of promoting and advancing the community-wide character initiative. Character Fort Collins hired Tom Waido to take some amazing and inspirational local photos of the character initiative in living color! Not only will you see these beautiful photos in the Character Fort Collins Magazine, but you will also see them on a new brochure and the updated web site (www.characterfortcollins.org).
Character Fort Collins thanks all the people, businesses and organizations that have supported Fort Collins' community-wide character initiative from its early infant stages to the present. We look forward to sharing the positive success stories of the many sectors fully engaged in implementation of character development efforts across the community. Thank you, Fort Collins!
