One of the primary goals of Character Fort Collins is to provide training and resources to leaders of organizations that are developing their own character development programs. Character Fort Collins has a Character First! trainer on staff that is available to implement trainings and follow up with additional consulting as necessary. The goal is to empower any community, workplace, school, faith-based organization or family with the model, training and resources to start their own programs.
